Winter is Coming…

That statement is notoriously ominous, but for us it really means the unknown for Arden Dispatch. Last year, we had no idea what the Holiday Season would look like for the business, and we were happily surprised that in the month of December 2023 we tripled our monthly income compared to the previous month. We were losing our minds with excitement!

We are certainly more prepared this year with an abundance of boxes, new services like gift wrapping and Christmas Card addressing, and well-trained employees. Do I dare hope for another tripling of income? Yes I do! After December 2023, the business increased a lot and we have been cruising along all year, getting slowly busier each month. We are already starting to feel an increase of customer engagement in October and talk a lot about what to expect for December.

Do we have enough gifts? Enough cards? Enough packing materials? Enough employee hours? While we know it is all going to be great because our guests are the best and so supportive, our anxiety has increased a bit because we want to give everyone who walks in our door stellar service. We want everyone to feel like we are focused on their situation even when it gets busy. We want everyone to leave Arden Dispatch feeling great.

Well, just know that we are ready to take on the crowds this season and kick ass. Tell your friends and family that Arden Dispatch smells better than the Post Office so standing in line is a better experience! 😂Thank you to everyone who already do this, and we’ll see you soon! Happy Holidays.
