Out of town? Trying to avoid package pirates? No worries, we’ll hold your packages for you until you’re ready to get them.
How it works:
Order your item and have it shipped to you, c/o Arden Dispatch at the address below:

Once your parcel ships, email your tracking number to us at store@ardendispatch.com and we’ll use the tracking number to look for your package.
When your package arrives, we’ll send you an email to come to Arden Dispatch to pick it up.
We will hold your package at the initial price (see below) for 1 week. Beyond 7 days, each additional day is $1 per day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT PACKAGES VIA USPS EXCEPT FOR OUR MAILBOX CLIENTS. We require a FORM 1583 on File in order to accept mail or parcels delivered from the US Postal Service; in order to do that, you must have a private or digital mailbox set up with us. It’s super easy to set up, so check out the details here.

30-69 pounds
$10 per package

$5 per package

70-150 pounds
$20 per package
*Additional fee of $1 per day applies after the first week
