Printing Services are Here!

Many people ask us to print documents which we easily do on regular paper or even on cardstock if they want it to be a bit nicer. Also, people have asked us for business cards, invitations, signs, posters, etc. but we don’t have the machines to fulfill these requests, unfortunately. I was wondering how to offer these services when I don’t have the real estate, nor the finances, for new copy machines in-house.

Back in 2022, Chloe and I went to an industry conference to learn more about the managing a mailbox/shipping store. Store owners from all over the country joined us in San Diego for this weekend of classes and training. Coincidentally, we met another Sacramento store owner whose main industry was printing, not shipping like ours. He mentioned that we could collaborate when I was ready; so, after ten months since our store opened, Chloe and I were discussing how we could meet our customers’ printing needs, and I remembered Chinh, the guy we met at that conference.

After many phone calls and patient answers to my many questions on Chinh’s part, we have now moved forward with offering printing services to our Arden Dispatch clients! In the first week, we printed business cards, brochures, postcards, and posters through Chinh and our customers have been very pleased with the results. Phew! Since I am not in the printing industry, I was a bit worried how it was going work out. I know we will go through some growing pains on how the process will roll in the store as well as with ordering from Chinh, but so far, so good. The results are beautiful and professional looking.
