Soft Opening in the Books

We have been open 2 days now and I am writing this on the morning of Day 3. The soft opening has been going well, nice and easy for us to dip our toes.

Day 1 we had people come in and check things out saying they are excited we are here in their community. There were some package drop offs, a couple of FedEx packages to be packed and sent, 2 letters put in the mail slot (in the mailbox room), one notary, and one USPS package.

Day 2 we saw a guy in front of the AT&T store pull his pants down (we were mooned) while standing on the side of his minivan. He was clearly NOT homeless and maybe he thought the tree would give him protection? No idea, but entertaining for us. 😂

Today my body is TIRED. I have not had to stand for so long in a while, but I know this was a great idea, so my spirit is still light. 😊
